    Debts fall into the ambit of criminal law are One of the types of debts that are not discharged under bankruptcy law. Most traffic violations are prosecuted under the criminal code and are not dischargeable. Recently more and more traffic violations are being dealt with under the civil code. These may include red light cameras, toll booth charges or some parking violations. I hope that helps.
