    The bankruptcy code requires that a debtor disclose all of his or her household income which would include contributions from members of the household. The bankruptcy court can't really force you to divulge your income, but it may derail the debtor's bankruptcy if there is the appearance that the debtor is failing to disclose all his or her income.
