    I am 18yrs old. I was arrested for DUI. I was reversed into a driveway then 2 mins later a cop blocks the road & pulls over a 4-runner. He then walks up to my car & tells me to turn off my car! So I did. He arrests the driver of the 4runner then comes up to my car & tells me " step out of the car, put your hands behind your back, you are arrested for DUI" I just need to know if there is anyway I can get around this!
