    ok ive been a manager at mcdonalds for about 6 months now and have been getting paid what a crew trainer would get paid which is a position higher than a regular crew person i was wondering if this was wrong or not

    There are three basic types of promotion. The first is job promotion, more responsibility with appropriate raise. The second is raise with same title, more responsibility. The third is improved title, more responsibility, with no raise. It is not unreasonable of you to politely inquire if the lack of pay increase was an oversight.
