    Storage Unit

    If you paid a storage unit that was in your name the week before it goes to auction and the property in the unit belong to a former employer who originally paid for the unit. Would I be entitled to the property in the unit?

    Not likely. The property is owned by your employer, you only paid for access to use the storage unit, not to purchase the property.

    If its sells in the auction then it will not be the part of the property.
