    need to know the basis on these terms: I understand and agree that there will be a 10% non-refundable origination fee in the case of refunds where the procedure was paid for with Third party financing(i.e., any type of credit)

    If you buy an item through third party financing like a credit card and decide to get a refund, 10% of that amount will not be returned to you. It is almost like a restocking fee.

    But the contract shouldbe independent if the fraud happen then all the delas should be cancelled.
