    Angry Internet marketing fraud

I found an online video webpage advertising that if i became a paying member they would give me access to a specific video. They had a preview and photos of it. When i joined and paid i found out that they did not have the video and their customer service also admitted that it was deleted. I complained so they refunded me but they also put me on a blacklist that denies me access to certain offers. What are my rights here and are there any penalties for the company which is big and well known? I can also prove that they intentionally keep the false advertisement since its still there after my complaint and its been there for many years after the video was deleted.

Secondly, they've send me an email saying that if i click on the link they will give me a membership for x dollars. When i click on it it takes me to a webpage that is offering me a membership for X dollars where X>x. When i go to check out the webpage says i will be charged Y euros where Y>X. The last charge ends more than 6 times more the original offer. What are my rights here?

Lastly, their phone customer services says that they record me everytime i call them. Does that mean i can record them too?

You can report them to the FTC and the BBB if you wish. However it does not appear that you have suffered any damages here.

He is attempting to certify the suit as a class action which is very difficult to do. Also his damages include purchasing the iphone which he would not have done were it not for the false advertising. In your situation, you were given a refund. If you can find an attorney to take your case then all the best to you.

I was given a refund because i asked for it. I can go ahead and buy the membership through the same false advertisement again which is not just misleading but advertises a product/service that doest even exist. I dont know what class action means but if it means that it affects/scams others too, yes it does many years now.

If you want to see whether you have a good case or not, contact a few attorneys and see if any one of them would be willing to take your case.
