You can sue the photographer for breach of contract.

    No Contact Information

The real problem we have been having is that there is literally no contact with the photographer. He is MIA. All we really have is first and last name, old phone number, and old email address. Is that enough to start with? All we really want is the album, is it possible to make that happen?

Have you tried obtaining his information through google searches, white pages, possibly paying for a report which you can buy online, etc...? You can sue someone if you don't have their address but that makes things more complicated.
