    breach of contract.

Dealer sales you a car but adds other descriptions such as leather interior and sunroof that is not on the car. Dealer also falsely inputs a down payment that was not made. Financing dept still doesn't have Co signers ssi copy. But in stuck making payments on car that doesn't have all of the options the dealer told the bank it has. What should I do?

You should ask them to return the car for a refund. Otherwise, you will need to take legal action, either in small claims court or regular court.

Generally, you will find you somewhere signed a disclaimer as to accuracy of options. The option package was likely beefed to get the bank to accept the loan, as was the existence of a down payment. You likely have no recourse, the finance company however could elect to come after you and the dealer, for falsification of the loan document, affecting the value of their interest.

I tried to return the car, but he was getting mad and convincing me that I will be sent to collections if I brought the car back. He still doesn't have my co-signer's SSI card copy to provide to the finance company. I told the bank what happened and they told that I need to take it up with the dealer. They are in it together I believe.

The dealer also tried to make me print out my bank statement and was going to alter it to make it look like I have more income. I refused and told him it was illegal. I really want to get a lawyer and put him in hand cuffs for what he is doing. I still have never received the spare keys to my car.

If the value of the car is under $5,000, you can bring a claim in small claims court if you attempt to return the car and cannot get a refund. Otherwise you will likely need to sue in regular court. You can also contact some local agencies, including the BBB, the governor, etc.. and report this scam/fraud.

As you were a party to the attempted scam and are now suffering buyers remorse, do not be surprised if you get a countersuit for legal expenses.
