    Can I sue someone for selling me a car that gave me false information on the car that's costing me over $1000 dollars to fix... I havnt drove it yet only one day the same day I brought it?? Please help me out he took advantage of me

    Yes you can. You should consider filing a claim in small claims court.

    Yes you can if you but a thing and the other person sell you a good with wrong information then you have a right o sue him.

    I believe you are both premature. You can sue anyone for anything, technically. Being successful is based on provable fact. We need to know more info.
