You need an expungement or a pardon. Pardon's are virtually impossible to get and expungements depend on the state you are in and the type of crimes you have been accused of committing.

Expungement is rare, pardons are more rare. However, I am familiar with cases where a law school has taken on a case and got a pardon. Contact a law school. Give them every record you have along with a sincere letter as to why you are innocent. If they take it on, you will have tons of legal minds working for you. Good Luck!

One you are the convicted in the criminal offense then you can spent life without crime then you can improve your record.
