Legally, there is not much you can do since you don't have any proof. You can install some hidden cameras in your house and catch him...or hide one day and catch him that way.

Cameras inside your house are secondary but necessary. Go to a sporting goods store and pick up a time lapse camera that is motion activated and normally used to spot deer. They are cheap and really good. Place it in a position on the outside yard pointed to your door. The camera will catch your neighbor using a key to open your door or just opening the door (assuming you leave your door unlocked). The interior camera will catch him/her taking objects and putting them in his/her pocket or carrying them from the premises (outside camera will catch them leaving the premises).
Next, invite your neighbor over for a cup of coffee and show him/her the video. Don't think formal litigation will be necessary.
First of all if you are entring into the some one house first of all make sure that some one from the house is still there.
Hello friends I am Miah here. I also want to know about that fact. Actually no one have right to infringe our rights or violates any rule forbidden by law. Home is our place where our privacy will be disturbed. Our law cannot permission anyone to enter in our home without permission. I can get a lot of information about this subject which is hopefully helpful for me.
