Have been running from warrants for # years, ready to take care of this!

I have 3 warrants and am going to turn myself in. The 3 warrants are for application to accelerate,FTP-SPEEDING 1-10 MPH OVER and FTP-UNL POSS CD, UNL POSS PARA (CBLO). I was sentenced to 18 months unsupervised probation, community service and fines. I did not complete my probation, community service or fines. I have had the app to accel warrant since July 27th of 2009 and the FTP-UNL POSS CD, UNL POSS PARA (CBLO) and FTP-SPEEDING 1-10 MPH OVER since December 9th of 2009. I stopped working in June 2009 due to pregnancy and have had 3 babies the past 3 years, Dec. 24, 2009, Dec. 18th 2010 and Dec 16th, 2011. Can you give me any idea of what will happen to me or how much time I might do?

No one will be able to answer that question for you but the prosecutor. There are too many variables and factors in play here.

You have several issues at play. I will give you my opinion as to the best approach in minimizing incarceration: Find a way to borrow money and hire an attorney with local connections like an ex Judge or ex prosecutor. Begin taking some kind of course toward earning a certification or other improvement in your life. Here, you are doing damage control. That is, you are presenting evidence to the Court that you have changed your ways and are heading in the right direction. Your attorney will guide you.

Lastly, with your attorney at your side, turn yourself in. These tacticts will minimize your exposure to incarceration. Good Luck.
