He says he didn`t do it.

As you all know, my ex is in jail. They have him on video pawning a necklace that supposedly was stolen from his friends house. He wrote a letter to all of us and says he didn`t steal it but found it in the grass. Now he wants his friend who pressed charges to tell the judge that he found it and that she knew he did. He also wants my parents to bond him out. He has lied to all of us so many times that we don`t believe a word he says. Anyone ever face this problem? He wants pictures of my daughter too. Should I send them? He is facing 15 months in prison. Will he get time served for the months he has already been in jail?

Whether you sound pictures is a personal question and best left for you to made. However if he is found guilty and sentences to prison, then yes the time he spent will be subtracted from his sentence.

Sending pictures is definitely a personal issue. I have heard of some prisons and jails not allowing photographs to be sent in for some reason so that is something to look into first.
