    DUI on a bike

    When I was in college in California I learned that you can get a DUI on a bicycle or another vehicle besides a car or motorcycle. Is this the case in every state?

    Depends on what state law defines as a motor vehicle, etc. In my state, you can be DUI on a riding lawnmower and also, believe it or not, riding on a Horse.

    My cousin received a DUI on a horse. He fought it in court on the grounds that the horse knew its own way home. He lost.
