    I have 3 dui conviction the last one in early 2007 charged with a felony with a accident. I served 6 months in jail. Immediatly I enrolled in a 6 month rehab program, completed program. I went to live in a sober living home for 6 months and became manager. After that I went to live with parents and began going to school and have received a couple of certificates of accomplishments. I want to apply for a job but with my felony can i request the court or judge to see if it can be exphunsed or reduced to a misdimeanor. I have finished my probation, and paid all my court costs and fines...

    Each state has their own laws regarding expungement of criminal records. Although I cannot give you any specific rule of law because I do not know what state you received the DUI in, most states do not allow expungements of DUI convictions. The states that do allow it usually do so after a long period of time.

    I have to agree that expungements differ from one state to the other so it would be good to look at the laws around your area.

    You seem to have gone through a lot and changed as a person.
