I was charged with forgery. I was placed in a pre-trial intervention program. When I finished this program the charge was dismissed and the arrest was expunged.

could someone explain to me what this paragraph under Florida law means. Would I qualify?

not have been convicted of any felony or of a misdemeanor involving perjury or false statement. It appears that a persons who successfully complete the pre-trial intervention program has all charges dropped after an additional 90-day period. If this is the case, I believe you may be able to escape that clause you have mentioned. However I am not 100% sure so I recommend contacting a local criminal law attorney.
