In order to be provided a union representative, you need to have set the meeting up with representation prior to the meeting, or advised your employer you wanted to exercise your Weingarten Rights.
You misunderstand the situation. I already have union representation, from termination I was told by the representative to contact the head of the union and he's the one handling it. A grievance has been filed seperately at every single action. The situation where I wasn't offered union representation wasn't a meeting, it was a surprise "investigation" while I was working. The second I walked into the office and was beginning to be questioned I was supposed to be offered union representation. It's like having a lawyer when police question you, it's a right you have.

It is a right you must request, unless your collective bargaining agreement obligates management to recognize, it absent your request for it. Google Weingarten Rights for more info.

Still not even a major point, though. That was just in addition to the major things, like endangering employee and customers lives multiple times, calling the police on behalf of someone else without their consent, etc.

You cannot collect anything for something that might have happened. As I said, call OSHA, let them investigate maintenance and safety protocols.

Does your CBA have a termination for "just cause" section or similar phraseology in it.
