    compensation for driving

    If my employer demands I start my work shift at the home office, and then sends me out on the road to work in a company vehicle, should I be compensated for the drive back to the home office?

    That is something you need to come to terms to with your employer. If you feel you should be compensated, then you should let him know and work it out.
