Boyfriend to get out of house

My boyfriend lives with me in a house with only my name as an unmarried woman! I want him out!! How do I do that? Does he have any rights to stay here? He has paid me nothing for the past 6 months, since he lost his job, and I told him to save his money, (from unemployment), so he can move out! It is awful living with him...what can I do?? Please help advise me.Thank you.

He has no rights to live in your house without your permission. Kick him out.

You must follow eviction proceedings for your state. Following the previous posters advice, could land you in legal troubles.

Eviction proceedings may be required but there are a lot of factors that come into play, including how long you have lived together, etc..
