Ex not paying bills - what can I do?

My ex husband is 3-6 months behind on two bills he agreed to pay in our divorce agreement and its trashing my credit. He will not respond to emails about it so trying to discuss options with him is not possible. I'm in California. Is there anything I can do?

It seems like you will have to go back to court to obtain a judgment against him and will then have to try to garnish his bank account/wages if he continues to refuse to pay.
