lost rights due to child support debts

Hello, I have a few questions regarding child support. I'm behind on the payments because I got my child by accident when I was young and my family is quite poor. So I lost two important rights: my drivers license and my passport.
About my license: This is the stupidest thing they could do, because living in a small town I would need a car to get to any job I can find. There is no public transportation here. How am I supposed to pay for child support if I can't get a job? Is there anyway I can prove I need it and get it back?
About my passport: Of course I don't have money to go anywhere, but if someone is willing to pay for my flight, is there a way to go on a brief vacation? It's my sister's wedding and I really have no intention of fleeing the country.
    Thanks

Nope. If you want them back, play lets make a deal with CSE. Give them a percentage and they will reinstate your passport and license. The delay between your license suspension and build up of back support was intentional to give you time to pay. You chose not to do so, you lost the right to have it.

My boyfriend is in a similar situation. You may be able to obtain a restricted license and with that you would only be allowed to drive to and from work or if the position requires you to drive. You would have to file a petition to have a child support officer review your case and depending on your employment and payment history it is something the child support officer may or may not grant.
