    shared parenting?

    my daughters father and i have shared parenting, he just went to jail for 162 days for a probation violation. do i have the right to tell his family they cant pick her up instead of him for the visitation?

    Yes you can as long as the shared parenting agreement did not include the fathers family. Although they could go to court now and fight for visitation which will just add to your legal expense.
