    Parental rights

My boyfriend has a 4 year old little boy with another woman. He pays child support and they papers and he gets him every other weekend. We just found out I'm pregnant and I would like to know can he lose his parental rights and be considered an unfit parent if we have this baby and not married?

Having a baby out of wedlock is not considered being an unfit parent. That is not a reason for his parental rights to be terminated. So the answer to your question is no, he will not lose his parental rights just because he is having another baby and is not married.

Legal is absolutely correct. You guys just go ahead and enjoy your new baby which has absolutely NO effect on your boyfriend's parental rights.
