    Divorce - loose ends.

In the marital settlement agreement we were each assigned debt from our marriage. I paid mine off in full from the proceeds of the sale of the house. One credit card assigned to him in the settlement has a balance of over $10,000 and he has not paid it off. It was opened as a joint account and now it is affecting my credit score and my ability to get enough of a loan to purchase a home. What can I do?
