Typically speaking, in Georgia, or really in most any state, the mere fact of being a stripper should not keep a mother from custody of children. Child protective services typically reviews a number of factors, though, so assuming someone is being an overall good mother and the children aren't suffering under neglect.. such as by abusing drugs or consuming a large amount of alcohol to excess, or somehow being involved with illegal activities, then there would really be nothing to keep her from keeping custody and hence there would be no reason for children services to be able to remove her children.

If there are situations where parents don't agree, courts and/or child protective services may devise parenting plans together with both parents if both parents are actively involves such that the children's safety and best interests can be preserved.

But once again, to reiterate, a having a job as a stripper is just not necessarily going to be a factor that has a major impact on child protective services coming into your home and taking children out of it.
