    Anna,
    You should document all of the times you have tried to call your attorney. It would be a good idea when you finally do get in touch with him or her if you point out their non-responsiveness. State bar associations will penalize attorneys who fail to communicate with their clients, and attorneys know this. If your attorney gets the feeling you are flirting with the idea of lodging a greivance with the state bar over the matter, I expect that you will get much better service. I would notify my attorney in writing of any inacurate information in a court filing.
