    custody

My ex husband and I share joint custody of our two daughters. My daughters reside in KY with their father and I live in WA. He refuses to let the girls come to see me. He only allows me to come see them. Can I just go get my children and bring them to WA to live with me? Is this legal to do?

It really depends on what the child custody order specifies. If you has full custody, you cannot just go take your children as that is a type of parental kidnapping. You should look at your child support order to see what it specifies.
