Child Support - she withheld info on her finical statement. Do I send letter for ...

So, I've been making voluntary support payments to my daughter's mother for almost four years. The amount I've been paying is what she came up with when we split up. I thought it was fair, and I agreed. Now she's filed a complaint for suitable child support. I wrote and submitted (and mailed to her) an answer to her complaint. So that's done. Now, after looking at the financial statement she submitted, I know she has omitted information on her financial statement. There is a part time job that wasn't included, plus a freelance writing job that was left out. There also was a line for "contributions from household members" which she filled in as zero. She lives with her boyfriend and I know she doesn't pay all the bills herself. So my question is this... Do I need to write a letter of discovery to obtain this info? If so, where can I find a good example? Should I subpoena her employers for proof of income or check stubs? How do I prove that her boyfriend splits the bills with her?

You will be able to request discovery and subpoena witnesses to obtain the necessary evidence to prove the daughter's mother lied on the paperwork. However the specific rules and procedures vary from court to court. You can try googling "sample letter of discovery in (specify county/court)" or something along those lines.
