    wife deported

I am a military retiree, my wife was without documents, she went to mexico die to a family illness. When attempting to return she was detained, and put in jail for 4 months. I have moved to mexico to be with my wife. I want to know if there are any visa remedies so that she can visit the US with me for vacations or get resident status. I have heard of a "pardon" or extenuating circumstances in that I left the US to be with my wife. Thanks for your assistance.

She now has a violation of immigration laws on record. You need a lawyer specializing in immigration to handle this now. You are a US resident, you do not need a pardon to return here.
