    cell phone snoop

A "friend" accessed my cell phone without my knowledge or consent. Snooped through my text conversations until he found two that could hurt me. Forwarded both to his phone, deleted the fwds. from my phone and then forwarded them again from his phone to another person. Did he break any laws? Do I have a civil case? I live in Charlotte County FL

Most likely you can. You should consult with a local attorney to see who would be willing to take the case.
I am not a lawyer, this is not legal advice.
