At age 17, after graduation, I was told to leave my fathers' house where I was told to leave my laptop, tv, stereo and other things. How can I get them back when he refuses to give them to me after I civilly ask for them?

You can request a police officer go with you, to remove your belongings. Hopefully, you have proof you own them and they were not just made available for your use.
