CAn I sue my brother a stockbroker and his wife a lawyer

Last year my brother had me arrested for Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult. It was dismissed. My sister-in-law, an attorney, lobbied the solicitor to pick it up. It was dismissed because my father does not meet the definition of vulnerable adult. My father is the sole caregiver to my mother (not a victim). My father was in attendance at the bond hearing and spoke. He drives, goes to Church, shops, has nothing but domestic assistance in the house. I did recieve moenys from my parents but not illegally or applicable charges would have been made. Other devices would have prevented me from contact with my father like a restrainnig order. The arresting office The Chief of Police saw my father in his office, commented on him being sole caregiver to my mother, commented on him being of sound mind etc. I have another preliminary hearing and this will be dismissed again for the same reason. Do I have recorse agaist my brother or the chief?

Since you mentioned the word solicitor, your case must be somewhere outside the United States. Unfortunately this forum focuses on the US law. In the US however, we have laws against malicious prosecution.
