    Camera in the exam room

    I was in my doctor exam room and I noticed a video recorder in the corner of the room. I could not tell if it was on or off. I was not given any notice of it being in the room, nor did I give consent to it being in the room. Is this legal?

    If you were being recorded, that is likely to be illegal, especially in a doctors office.
