Question A Pain in the Neck

I finally decided to face my fears and go get an alignment from the chiropractor. Itís been about 2 months and Iím still in pain when I turn my head to the left. He keeps telling me that my body needs time to adjust but I just think he doesnít want to admit something might be wrong. I have made an appointment to get a second opinion. If it turns out that the chiropractor messed something up, what all do I need to do in order to prove my case for malpractice?

It seems like something was wrong with your neck before you went to see the first chiropractor if you were having pains then as well. Generally malpractice cases are very difficult to win. If you get a second opinion of a chiropractor who said the first chiropractor was negligent in some way and that is what is causing your pain, then I recommend consulting with a local malpractice attorney.
