Arizona
Arizona enacted Proposition 203, legalizing medical marijuana in 2010. Arizona’s possession limits are 2.5-ounce usable and up to 12 plants.
Republican Lamar Smith of Texas introduced the Stop Online Privacy Act to the House of Representatives in October 2011. On the surface, the bill targets foreign sites outside the jurisdiction of the United States that engage in copyright infringement. The main mechanism SOPA uses is preventing websites in the United States from interacting with these foreign sites.
