    Change of deed to paid off home

    My mom/dad paid off home before his passing. Both names are on deed but did not have right of survivorship clause. How does mom chg deed to remove dad/add my sister so that she becomes rightful owner at mom's passing. Dad passed approx 10 mos ago

    May be there is relation between the persons so they get they have to pay the rent, i can be wrong in it.
