You probably are going to want to hire a private investigator. The best way to find out where someone works is to do lots of research yourself that would help a private investigator... because they're going to probably want to charge you dearly for this. So any information that you can give them to start with will help.

Some people have wondered whether it is legal to use a person's social security number to find out where they work. Well, this is something that may or may not be legal. I personally don't know whether it's legal to use a person's social security number if you have it to find out where they work. But one thing I can tell you is that if you were to provide that kind of thing to a personal investigator, there's a decent chance in my mind that they could use that or other personal information that you provide them with to find out where the person is working.

Anyway that's my two cents, I suppose you were looking for more information about what is legal and what is not legal regarding finding a person. I don't know what all legal methods are available to you, but I know that personal investigators are probably the most viable options for this.

You might want to consider contacting a finance lawyer in the directory which you can find a whole slew of them right on this website. I noticed, for example, as I was perusing the directory, that many of the lawyers appear to be in the business of helping you obtain these kinds of judgement, but also of helping you to locate and work to properly enforce these kinds of wage garnishments.
