    Unhappy taken to court by HOA

    Have been served by HOA because by dues are behind. Am required to answer/respond within 20 days. Am supposed to file response with the court. Not sure what I am supposed to respond to or how. And is there a form I am supposed to use, where would i find one?

    There is no one specific form you can use. You need to file a response, which in legal terms is called an "answer." You can try to google sample answers in your state to see the type of format you need to use, and the legal responses you need to use. I would recommend consulting with an attorney as filing an answer is a very critical part of a lawsuit and filing incorrectly can prevent you from making other claims in the future.
