You will need to look up the local rules of procedure in the county where this appeal is taking place.

Here's a bit more about the situation.

Long story short, I'd been working at trying to avoid a foreclosure for over 2 years now. Everything I tried was denied, deed in liews, short sales offers etc. I worked really hard at avoiding foreclosure to no avail.

The Magistrate issued a decision against me and my cosigner. However, this was a mistake b/c Wells Fargo was dismissed out of the case for not filing papers on time and the magistrate should not have rule or them without first giving me an opportunity to respond. The Chief Magistrate agreed that it may have been a mistake.

At this point, I can appeal this order.

I would like to submit this appeal pro se and need to know what documents, formats, etc that I would need to adhear in order to be in compliance with the courts of Cuyahoga County in OH.

At this point, you can appeal this order. Any appeal of this must be filed no later than 11/28/11, otherwise the order will be final.

Why don't you work hard at paying the loan? You might be more successful.
