    I recieved a notice from a South Carolina court, informing me that my record on a DUI was to be expunged. I have not yet paid my fine. Am I obligated to ?

    I don't believe you are obligated to unless that was some agreement you made but I can't see why you wouldn't want to. A dui on your record can ruin your life. Most people do everything they can to have it expunged.

    i was thinking it was a small fine just paid it and go over from this matter.
