last will and testament of my uncle

My uncle left a will in which he leaves two houses and 50 acres of land among other things to be divided between his wife, his 8 brothers, 2 of his nephews, me and my brother which are his grand nephews and one other person which is of no relation. The will is very clear on what each of us was left. I along with my brother was left one of the houses along with one acre of the land in which it is located. The rest of the land is to be divided between the brothers. the will was read about 2 years ago and till this day has not it has not been divided the way it was wished by my uncle because there is a point in the will which his brothers do not agree on but has nothing to do with the land or the houses. Everyone is clear on everything else. I have been allowed to live in the house which was left to my brother and I even though the the problem with the will has not been resolved. now my question is this - is there any way possible that the points in the will can be resolved seperately so that I can be able to put the house in my brother and mine names and seperate our land.

I am sure this is possible but would likely have to be requested and resolved in court. You will need to consult with a local estates attorney.
