Objecting to a Final Accounting of a Trust in NY

I am a beneficiary of Trust in NY. It is terminating and becoming an LLC. I want to object to several aspects of the Final Accounting. Can I do this without a lawyer? If so, how to I find out how to do this? Do I need to file both the Objections and a Memorandum of Law?

I would recommend that you do get a lawyer in this case, and a good lawyer. This stuff with trusts can get pretty complicated, and a good estate lawyer would be able to answer your questions in more detailed way...

In the mean time, I might be able to help a bit, can you help me understand what's happening here?

Are you a co-beneficiary of a trust with other family members?
Are you objecting to the accounting, or to the percentage of distribution/ownership? I'm assuming you're going to be a shareholder in the LLC, who is going to be in control of that, another family member or individual?
