    Re-injured

I hurt my arm and shoulder at work last year and now it seems to be acting up again. Is there any way I can get workers compensation to pay for more physical therapy? I'm still working at the same company.

I am not a lawyer nor am I an expert by any means but I used to work in Human Resources and saw my share of workers comp cases. I think you should go to your HR department or safety manager and let them know what is going on. They likely will send you back to the doctor you saw before. In cases that I have seen, as long as you kept your workers comp case open and didn't settle it, you should be able to continue. Take my advice as a grain of salt. I personally have seen people going back on old claims from several years prior and ended up in surgery after many years.

I agree that first step will be to talk with your companies authority who deals with compensation cases and see what route they direct you to follow and from there take it forward and take help of an professional compensation lawyer if you need to.
